Description:
North Karelia's procurement department asks for an offer for a return machine for Joensuu's main library. The offer is binding and must be written in Finnish. The entire procurement process is in Finnish. The return machine must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finland laws and regulations and regulations issued by the authorities, e.g. in terms of structure, equipment, occupational and fire safety, and electrical safety. Joensuu's main library returns approximately 400,000 loans each year, and in addition, the transports of the collection of Vaara libraries go through the main library and is partially sorted with the help of an automatic machine. Two feed openings are required for the machine. The machine is connected to the Koha library system using the SIP2oHTTP REST interface. There are already walls in the space reserved for the return machine. The new machine must fit in the existing space and the machine must be able to pass with the sorting cart.
