The City of Järvenpää (subscriber) will request your offer for the Järvenpää Co -educational School (JYK) for a work on the expansion of the new building. The new project is a two -story building, which is related to the school building, which was previously completed in 2023. The building is established by piling and the bottom is implemented as a ventilated structure. The frame of the building is made with reinforced concrete elements. The system's systems are related to the building's systems to the extent presented in the contract documents. The total area of the building is 884 brm2. The school building, completed in 2023, will be in operation throughout the construction work, which should be particularly taken into account in the implementation and planning of the work.
