Description:
The city of Kemi is requesting bids for the aggregate and transport contract for the period 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2028 in accordance with the request for tenders and its documents. This is a procurement exceeding the EU threshold. The bidder has the option of two (2) option years. Further negotiations of the agreement will take place in 2028 in the end. The selection criteria is the cheapest price. The comparison price consists of the sum of the given unit prices. One (1) operator will be selected. The quantities presented in the request for tenders are not binding in any respect and the contract resulting from this request for tenders does not include a quantity purchase obligation. The procurement unit also has the right to acquire small quantities of additional procurements with this contract. JYSE 2025 Services Contract Terms apply to the contract. The procurement has not been divided into sub-entities, because the procurement forms such a natural entity that dividing into parts is not appropriate. We are getting a complete service, where the cars also transport aggregates.
