• Description:
• The group account and payment business service comprises the mediation of unified euro payment area payments (hereafter SEPA payments) and foreign payments, money management services and the prices for the production of services related to the management of account management tools. Service-related contract management (e.g. new or contracts regarding terminated services, accounts, access rights limits, etc.) also belong to the object of acquisition. The competition applies to the prices of the service packages that are detailed in the request for tenders. The scope of the procurement does not include, for example, the transfer of card payments or online transactions related payment and identification services. The bank that submitted the lowest price offer will be chosen as the intermediary bank for the city's payment shop, provided that the bank meets the minimum requirements stated in the tender documents and is able to implement the services it offers in the tender documents as described. The city's own outgoing domestic purchase and sales ledger payments are fully centralized in the intermediary bank. A group account intended for the use of the city and its subsidiaries is only opened at an intermediary bank. The service must include the possibility to debit/credit the group account sub-account interest, commissions and fees. Regarding other services, the city reserves the right to purchase services from other banks as well.
