• Description:
• The city of Lohja is looking for a construction supervisor for Virkkala's new kindergarten! The gross area of ​​the site is 1644 brm2! The task starts already in the planning phase in December 2025 and lasts until the end of the construction phase (September 2027) tasks, according to the list of tasks RT 103171, excluding the sections crossed out in red (Appendix: RT 103171_Lohja 2024). The HJR18 on the instruction card is not taken into account in this purchase. Tasks are handled on an hourly basis, including e.g. in reporting the necessary equipment and connections. Reporting is done in writing. The task must be performed 1-3 times a week, depending on the site's situation. A site-specific report must be prepared for each week, which must reflect the observations and any given comments and correction prompts. In addition to this, comments and correction prompts must be given verbally to the employee performing the work on the site and to the responsible foreman, in addition, the comments must be marked to the site diary. The supervisor of construction works works closely with the project manager of the city of Lohja and as a secretary in meetings. The supervisor of construction works is required to participate in e.g. for site tours and site meetings. Site meetings are held at the site/teams meetings about once a month. The projects utilize the project bank (the project bank is defined per project, mainly Sokopro).
