- Heat pumps will be purchased for cooling and heating in three properties owned by the city of Oulaiten. the properties are located in the Oulaiten city area. An air heat pump will be purchased for heating the Honkamaja (140 square meters, 630 cubic meters). Duo pump with one outdoor unit and two indoor units. The property is heated by direct electricity. An air heat pump will be purchased for cooling the property in Enkovaara (84 square meters, 230 cubic meters). Duo pump with one outdoor unit and two indoor units. The property is district heating. An air source heat pump will be purchased for the campus (21.5 (room) + 48 (corridor), a total of 200 cubic meters) for cooling. Duo pump with one outdoor unit and two indoor units. The property has district heating. A Duo pump with one is offered as an option with an outdoor unit and two indoor units to the restaurant hall on the upper floor of the Bergström property. (140 square meters, 370 cubic meters). The property has district heating. The offer must include installation and all other costs.
