Description:
The object of the procurement is the maintenance service for elevators and lifting equipment (maintenance, maintenance, and repair work) of Paimio city properties. The elevator equipment includes passenger elevators, goods elevators, goods elevators, small elevators, various types of LE elevators, goods platform elevators, and lifting doors and folding doors, of which the name device is used below. The number of devices is approximately 35. The number of devices may change before the contract is concluded and during the contract period, see the attached Service description. The contract is divided into two parts as follows:- Passenger lifts, goods lift, goods lifts, light lifts, stairlifts and different types of LE lifts - Motorized lifting devices, motorized lift doors, quick lift doors, lift doors and large folding doors. The customer selects one (1) supplier for each sub-area in the framework contract. The service provider can be the same in each sub-area in the service. More detailed information presented in the request for tender and its attachments. The contract period is 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2028. After this, the contract will continue to be valid until further notice, unless the customer changes his mind. The contract can be terminated with a 3-month notice period was rented to welfare areas until the end of 2025. Continuation of the rental of premises to welfare areas from 1 January 2026 requires incorporation of the operation. The obligation is based on Section 126 of the Municipal Act (410/2015).
