Description:
The procurement services of TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab are requesting bids for the design of the City of Vaasa - Keskusta unified school on behalf of the Talotoimi business department of the city of Vaasa in accordance with the attached tender documents.strands:
1) Main and architectural design, including courtyard design, interior design and kitchen appliance design.
2) Structural design, including GEO design
3) HVAC design (= heating, water, drainage, air conditioning, building automation, cooling -, electrical and refrigeration design) inclavoiding the tasks of AV (audio system) and fire engineering design and life cycle expert.
4) Acoustic Design (AKU)
The new school complex is located in the core of Vaasa, next to good transport links. The unified school will mainly operate in three buildings, two next to each otherin the block bounded by Rauhankatu, Kauppapuistikko, Korsholmanpuistikko and Raastuvankatu. The existing school building at Kauppapuistikko 22 will be renovated into teaching and administrative premises, and at Raastuvankatu 33 the old building will be demolished in its entirety and a new multifunctional one will be builtine new building including teaching, canteen and sports facilities. The Keskusta unified school is planned so that the activities of the civic college Alma, located on the same plot, can continue without interruption during the construction work and after the Keskusta unified school is completed.
