- The acquisition focuses on civil engineering and related auxiliary work in the Senate Properties and Defense Properties Southern Finland service area. The main user of framework agreements is defense properties and Senate Properties will use contracts if necessary. Work/contracts to be purchasedare different types of content, size, and cost. Smaller work is usually done at an hourly rate and larger contract work at a total price. For the sake of clarity, it should be noted that the company being selected as a supplier must also commit to smaller hours. The target of the purchase isDescribed in more detail in Annex 1 of the Framework Agreement Model "Description of the item". The equipment used by supplier purchases must meet the level of environmental requirements: in constructionAnd the minimum levels of the environmental requirements for internal combustion engine -powered machines used in internal construction site transport are Stage IV and Euro VI. The supplier can also use rental equipment in the purchase. For the sake of clarity, the supplier does not have to have all the required equipmentin their own name. The supplier should identify his or her environmental impact, to reduce emissions and operational environmental loads, and effectively utilize resources.
