Description:
The HUS corporation (later the "Client") requests offers for cleanroom measurements related to EN-12469-compliant measurements of safety cabinets and EU GMP-compliant measurements of cleanrooms (particle measurements, air sampling, etc.) as well as for integrity testing and replacement of HEPA filters in this requestand in accordance with its annexes. Clean room measurements are carried out in hospitals, hospital pharmacies and other possible offices located in the HUS group's area of operation. As a rule, the measurement sites are located in Uusimaa and Kotka.
The actual contract period is two (2) years.After the basic contract period, the Subscriber reserves the right to extend the contract period with two (2) one (1) year options (1 1). The Subscriber informs the Supplier no later than three (3) months before the beginning of the option year, whether the Subscriber intends to use the option year. The anticipated start date of the contract period is Januaryuu 2024.
The anticipated total value of the procurement (VAT 0%) is approx. 400,000-600,000 euros in total. It is an estimate, and the procurement entity does not commit to the announced euro amounts and the realized consumption amounts that may have been announced in the request for tenders. Final order quantities may be larger than statedsmaller or smaller.
This is a total purchase, i.e. the purchase has not been divided into parts, because the purchase forms an appropriate whole.
The customer chooses three (3) contract suppliers.
