• Jarvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy requests your offer for the sniffing of the Mantyla ventilation ducts in the Rantasalmi municipality, as well as the measurements and balancing of the ventilation in accordance with this request for tender and the attached documents. The municipality of Rantasalmi acts as the customer and Jarvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy as a developer. The offer must include - cleaning of the property's ventilation ducts with mechanical brushing - washing and pre-adjustment of terminal equipment - measurements and balancing of ventilation (adjustment of air volumes) per space - cleaning of fire and control dampers and inspection of operation - of air ducts visual inspection of the condition of fire and heat insulation during cleaning, and factors affecting indoor air quality and energy economy are taken into account (cleanliness class P2) - delivery of measurement protocols The tenderer must arrange for himself the lifting and scaffolding equipment he needs, which in the work needs. For possible additional work or refunds, the bidder must provide the unit prices for the skilled worker's hour and the helper's hour. Implementation in week 49 - 51. IV plans will be given to the bidder as starting information. The bidder must present a schedule proposal in his bid. The work can start at the earliest Mon 1 December 2025.
