- University of Helsinki Real Estate Services Oy tenders the University of Helsinki Group (University of Helsinki, Helsinki University Properties Oy, University of Helsinki Funds, University of Helsinki Real Estate Services Oy, and the real estate and associated companies) for use in the framework agreement for cleaning and adjustment works of ventilation systems. In the framework arrangement, three (3) contract suppliers are selected on the basis of overall economic efficiency. The customer chooses a contract supplier for each job separately. Agreements with the same content will be drawn up for the University of Helsinki (appendix_1) and the University of Helsinki's real estate services Oy. cleaning work. The work is mainly cleaning of ductwork (including grease ducts), ductwork components, ventilation machines and terminal equipment. In addition, the work may include measuring and adjusting ventilation systems performed in connection with cleaning, as well as a needs assessment of the measures. The University of Helsinki has a total of approximately 500,000 m2 of apartments at its disposal, which are subject to the works referred to in this call for tenders every year. About 95% of the facilities are located in the capital region, but also in Mäntsälä, In Hyytiälä (Juupajoki), Tvärminne (Hanko), Lammi and Kilpisjärvi.
