- Tampereen Infra Oy is competing for cleaning and maintenance work on eaves and gutters. In addition, work includes: drops of eaves/icicles. The procurement is also used below the "roofing" shortage. We request your offer for eaves maintenance (€/person/h) and for the lifting of the personal (€/personal lift/h). The weights are 80 % for man and 20 % for the personal lift.
The work sites are mainly located in the Tampere area. The work is done on a case -by -case basis from the ground/roof or with lifting equipment. The lifting system must be able to work at a height of 25 m. There are estimated 150 items. The target list consists of e.g. city schools, kindergartens and other properties. The contractor has an on-call obligation for roofing snow work during school holidays and on weekends with room reservation.
Assessment of the workload of the slopes: person work 700 h and Lifting basket work 150 h. The subscriber does not commit to quantities. The acquisition shall be subject to complementary terms JYSE 2025 Services Agreements.
