• The municipality of Tammela requests your offer for the comprehensive cleaning and care treatment of the textile floors of the Tammela unified school (Harmonia) during the school holidays in the summer of 2026. The service includes the textile tiles and other textile surfaces of all premises basic and maintenance cleaning of the floors and possible protective treatments. The work must be performed continuously with the tenderer's equipment and personnel. The work will be carried out during the summer vacation 2026. The work must be continuous and carried out in such a way that the facilities are dry and ready for use the next day if necessary. Destination: Tammela unitary school Harmonia, Koulutie 1, Tammela Textile floors used in the destination (according to the attachments): WMC Project / Bloq Canvas - different colors and variations (Canvas_tekninen.pdf)WMC Project Bloq Pos&Neg (floor material lists for the 1st and 2nd floor) There are approximately ~1450 m² of textile floors in total, see floor plans. The tenderer must carry out the work in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions using the approved methods mentioned below. Method selection should be based on the level of use, condition and soiling of the surfaces.
