Description:
North Karelia's procurement agency asks you to submit an offer for the cleaning work of the ventilation ducts and equipment of the properties managed by the city of Kitee and Kitee Homes for the contract period 01.03.2026 - 29.02.2028 + one (1) year option. The role of the prime contractor is agreed on a job-by-job basis. The service provider must also commit to acting in the role of main contractor. The offer is binding and must be written in Finnish. The procurement process is entirely in Finnish. The service must comply with the directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and regulations, and the authorities orders issued by e.g. in terms of structure, equipment, work and fire safety, and electrical safety.
