- The City of Kotka (contracting unit, subscriber) requests bids for cleaning, measurement, control, maintenance and installation expert services in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes.two (2) service providers.
Acquisition is implemented as a framework arrangement, since the number and accurate content to be obtained cannot be assessed in advance.(2) year option. The subscriber notifies the introduction of the option period in writing at least 3 months before the end of the current contract period. If the subscriber enables the option, the terms of the contract to be competitive now apply to it as such.
