Description:
The object of the procurement is the cleaning services to be delivered to the waste management company Ab Stormossen Oy. The maintenance cleaning includes an office building in the area of the Stormossen waste center and the maintenance cleaning time is from Monday to Thursday 4 h 30 min per day and on Friday 6 hours. The office building has offices, changing rooms and toilets, lobbies, conference rooms and a kitchen. In addition, there are production facilities in the area of the waste center, and the maintenance cleaning time for these is a total of 6.5 hours. The production facilities consist of several from a different building in the area, and the maintenance cleaning concerns the control rooms, dressing rooms and toilets, and break rooms. There is also maintenance cleaning outside the waste center at two different points.
