- The Kajaani offices of CSC - Tieteen bitoteknika keskus Oy are located in Renforsin Ranta on the fifth floor of the RATA building at the address Renforsin Ranta, Tehdaskatu 15, Kajaani. In the track building, which are cleaned regularly on weekdays. The request for tender also includes the procurement of cleaning supplies and their coordination (procurement and delivery), for example hand paper, toilet paper, replacement carpets, liquid soaps, and weekly cleaning programs for coffee machines (2 pcs) and supplements for accessories. Approximately 40 CSC employees work on the site. A more detailed description of the procurement is in Appendix 1 Description of the procurement site. The materials of the request for tender (floor plans) are available for viewing at events in the Renfors Rannan Portti building on Monday 18 May 2026 from 9 am to 11 am and on Tuesday 19 May 2026 from 12 pm to 2 pm. A bidder who wants to leave a bid in the tender must register by e-mail in advance for the opportunity either 18.5.2026 or 19.5.2026 to view the floor plans on site, and sign CSC's security agreement (reading the material, appendix 0) before participating in the viewing. Registrations for viewing and signed the security agreement (appendix 0) must be submitted by email to Henna-Mari Närhi, at henna-mari.narhi@csc.fi.
