- Imatran Kiinteistoe- ja Aluepalvelu Oy (KIPA) is asking for bids for cleaning the streets and properties of the city of Imatra with a vacuum sweeper. The contract period is estimated to be from 1 December 2025 to 30 November 2029. The contract terms are JYSE 2025 services. The selection criteria for the offers is overall economic affordability and the lowest price as a basis for comparison. In addition, the tenderer must meet the absolute minimum requirements and comprehensive quality criteria. Possible subcontracting services must also comply with the pricing announced by the offerer. The request for quotation is based on an hourly price, and the customer commits to 400 hours per year to the minimum purchase amount. The work is done by order and under the supervision of KIPA's management. The brushing season varies each year depending on the weather conditions. Spring brushings include about 150 hours of work, and maintenance brushings about 250 hours. The offered price must include all costs, the customer does not pay anything else than the stated hourly rate. The contract also includes on-call and brushing during Imatra's rides one weekend a year. This amount of work must be included in the offered hourly price, and the customer does not pay a separate additional compensation for the weekend work of Imatra drives (work done in the evening and on the weekend). The tenderer must state the hourly price for assignments performed on the weekend as well. The customer can order these additional works during the contract period as needed.
