Description:
The procurement services of the City of Turku's corporate administration is requesting offers for cleaning supplies and related services to be purchased for the use of the various service units of the City of Turku for the period 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2026. Exceptional contract period in the area of bio bags: 1.4.2025-30.4.2026.
Decisionsand the contracts will be concluded by sub-area. However, one supplier can be selected in several areas.
In each sub-area, it is possible to introduce two two (2) year option periods for the periods 1 May 2026-30 April 2028 and 1 May 2028-30 April 2030. The subscriber decides the option periodsby sub-area.
The competition is divided into seven areas:
1) Cleaning equipment and supplies
2) Washing and cleaning agents
3) Garbage bags
4) Bio bags
5) Tissue papers
6) Cutlery accessories
7) Personal hygiene
The education and teaching of the city of Turku food service of the service packageis currently using the so-called VAT operating model, where the food service provider of the service package uses the food services when producing ancillary food service contracts tendered by the City of Turku. The procurement contracts made on the basis of this procurement are the mentioned supplementary contractssuckers. The VAT operating model and the related conditions are described in more detail in Appendix 5 of the request for tenders, draft contract.
