Description:
The subject of the procurement is the cleaning, cleaning, measurement and adjustment of the ventilation systems of the properties owned by the Support and Property Services of the Kymenlaakso Welfare Region.
The customer has hospital properties, serviced homes and apartment buildings.
The subject of the procurement is ventilation and cleaning and inspections of separate exhaust ducts, small ventilation duct installations, inspections and ventilation adjustment and measurement work.
The orders may also include construction, electrical or other building technical works specified by the Customer that are necessary for the work.
The procurement has been divided geographically into two regions: Etela-Kymenlaakso and Pohjois-Kymenlaakso.
Selections for both areas are made separately.
In procurement, a framework arrangement is established, for which three suppliers are selected for each region.
Subarea 1. South Kymenlaakso
Scooping, cleaning, measurement and adjustment work of ventilation ducts in sites located in the Etela-Kymenlaakso area.
Subarea 2. Pohjois-Kymenlaakso
Scooping, cleaning, measurement and adjustment work of ventilation ducts in locations located in the North Kymenlaakso area.
