• Description:
• Washing and cleaning of high surfaces in Pirkkala municipality properties. High surfaces for this purpose are windows, glasses, upper walls, air conditioning terminals and works of art. High surfaces can be cleaned with a stick washer (outdoor washing). or with rack or lift assistance. Surfaces are cleaned by wiping, vacuuming and/or washing. The tenderer specifies the equipment, aids and possible permits he needs to perform the work. Attached to the tender request is a list of items (appendix 1) which the request for tender applies to and for which the work will possibly be ordered in the summer season 2026. Participants in the tender are required to participate in the site inspection on April 20, 2026 from 13:00 at Kirkonkylä school os. Anian Rantatie 97, assembly school at the yard gate at the edge of the parking area. After the Kirkonkylä school site, the viewing continues immediately with your own transport to Solja's Kindergarten, Verso School Center. Bidders have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with other locations independently by looking at the properties from outside and based on the additional information in the appendix (Appendix 2).
