Description:
The cleaning framework agreement is signed with a three-four bid with the company that submitted the best bid. The work is carried out on an hourly basis. The hourly price should include all service production costs such as work with salary and general expenses, management costs, travel, travel,Accommodation and daily allowance, tools required (racks with a rack level at max. 2 meters), service car allowance, reports and other expenses except VAT. Also, cleaning machines, equipment and cleaning agents (no hand soap and sanitary papers)should be included in the given hour price. Billing, shipping and office expenses, etc., are not accepted. The supplier must notify the contracting entity the subcontractors they use well in advance of the subcontracting.property manager. If the targeted assignment requires additional or overtime, they must always be agreed with the subscriber before the work of the subscriber shallto do.
