• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the clean room measurements of the operating theaters in the Pirkanmaa welfare area. The measurements included in the procured service are the validation measurements of the clean room classification of operating theaters using the particle concentration method, air flow measurements in the operating room area and pressure difference measurements between the operating room and the corridor next to it (at-rest). Measurements are made on weekends when the hall to be measured is not in use. The execution and reporting of the measurements is described in more detail in the request for tender in the attached measurement instructions and sample report. The objects of this framework agreement are currently:- Tays Central Hospital- Tampereen Heart Hospital- Tays Eye Center- Coxa Oy- Tays Valkeakoski- Tays Sastamala. The first four objects in the list are located in Tampere on the Kaup campus. The operating theaters are presented by subject in the operating theater table attached to the request for tenders. The procurement contract also includes the possibility to perform work at other Pirha For objects that come under the maintenance responsibility of the premises responsibility area under the terms of this framework agreement. The pricing of these items will be agreed separately before the measurements are carried out. The contract period is valid from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028. A contract period is possible continue with the two (2) year option period upon notification by the Subscriber.
