Description:
The acquisition focuses on the implementation of clearing and rescue services for the area of operation of Eastern Finland. The fairway agency will conduct direct procurement in accordance with Article 43 (2) of the Specialty Procurement Act. The conclusion of a contract is absolutely essential and the time limits set out cannot be complied with because of the extreme hurry of the contracting entity, due to an unpredictable reason, unpredictable and independent of the contracting entity, is the result that the fairway agency will have to terminate the current contract for clearing and rescue service Due to the superior obstacle with the service provider, starting August 16, 2025, as the current service provider is no longer able to provide the service from the time mentioned.
