Target of the procurement
HUS requests your offer for the delivery of consulting services for the CleverHealth Network ecosystem and the innovation, development and research projects to be established in connection with the ecosystem.
The consulting to be procured is related to the following entities:

- Management and facilitation of the preparation phase and funding applications of research, development and innovation projects to be established in connection with the ecosystem
- Management and facilitation of the implementation phase of research, development and innovation projects to be established in connection with the ecosystem
- Otheru possible consulting related to innovation and development activities.
Background of the acquisition
CleverHealth Network is a new operating model for cooperation between companies and public actors. The goal is to raise the ecosystem to a permanent and globally significant player. Ecosystem operating modelis constantly evolving. The research, development and innovation projects established in connection with the ecosystem are demanding multi-stakeholder projects and require coordination between different parties and knowledge of various financial instruments.
With the help of an external consultant, we want to ensure the goalsaccess to both the CleverHealth Network ecosystem and the projects to be established in connection with it. With the help of an external consultant, we also want to improve the opportunities for obtaining external funding from various public financial instruments for the projects to be applied for.
