Description:
The North Karelia Welfare Area is conducting direct procurement from the client-specific institutional care required for child welfare in family and social services from Jokilaakson Family Homes Oy's Kotikallio for the contract period for 19.2.2025 and continuing to be valid indefinitely. Dynamic procurement system (302658/ Purchasing System for Purchasing Services) There is no substitute care facility in the customer's interest in the selected substitute care facilities. A child has been sought for a location in the vicinity of the child's loved ones and is located in the province, which is not part of the tendering area. Contracting entitycan be conducted in individual cases in individual cases in the procurement of social and health services under Chapter 12, Section 110 of the Procurement Act if the arrangement of tenders was obviously unreasonable and particularly inappropriate for the child's significant care and client relationshipto protect.
