• Description:
• Metsähallitus tenders the construction of a rest stop in Ilmatovisa in accordance with this request for tenders and the attached material. The construction site is located: Konttainen, 93830 Kuusamo Materials must be transported to the site by snowmobile, taking into account the conditions, during April at the latest. Pre-preparation and transportation can begin when the contract is signed. The date of construction must be agreed with the customer, estimate 15 June 2026. The work must be completed by 14 August 2026. The climate-wise rest stop pilot Konttainen consists of from an open loggia building (approx. 14 m2), table-bench combinations and other wooden furniture. This is a total contract and the contract complies with the general contract terms of construction contracts YSE 1998 (RT 16-10660). The selected contractor works as the main contractor and as the main executor as intended by the legislation. The contractor is subject to the obligations referred to in YSE § 1 - § 4 if nothing else is mentioned in the request for tender or in the material attached to it. Metsähallitus reserves the right to implement only a part of the contract if the bids exceed the budget set aside for the purchase. In this case, the bidder who made the cheapest bid for the contract to be executed and met the suitability and eligibility requirements is selected as the executor. The anticipated value of the acquisition does not exceed the national value threshold value, so the law on public procurement does not apply to the procurement. The tender period ends on March 3, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
