Description:
The thermostat must work on the principle of a closed cycle, so the device can be located at any height in relation to the object of use. The device must be able to use silicone oil as a heat transfer agent, and in addition, the device must be both heating and cooling. Primarily a thermostat will be used as part of the Minipilot complex, the center of which are two small jacketed batch reactors (usable volume 10-15 l). The heat exchange jacket of the reactor is designed to work with silicone oil circulation. The volume of one reactor jacket is about 6-7 l. The reactor wall is made of acid-resistant made of steel (AISI 904) and the wall thickness is 4 mm. The procurement in question is part of the procurement package for heat transfer, which includes two integrated circulation thermostats, pt100 sensors for process temperature-based control, applicable connection hoses, possible adapter parts, in terms of commissioning necessary amount of suitable silicone oil and delivery costs. The anticipated total value of the procurement package falls below the national threshold value according to the Procurement Act. For the sake of clarity, the thermostats of the procurement package will be tendered as two separate tenders, as the desired properties of these differ from each other. Regarding the second thermostat, the tender will be opened during the end of 2025.
