- Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy requests your offer for the sniffing of the ventilation ducts of the Sulkava municipal library (Etelätuvantie 1, 58700 Sulkava) as well as the measurements and balancing of the ventilation in accordance with this request for tender and the attached documents. The municipality of Sulkava acts as the client and Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy as the builder. The offer must include - cleaning of the property's ventilation ducts with mechanical brushing - washing and pre-adjustment of terminal equipment - ventilation measurements and balancing (adjustment of air volumes) space-specific - cleaning of fire and control dampers and inspection of operation - visual inspection of the condition of fire and thermal insulation of air ducts in connection with cleaning, and factors affecting indoor air quality and energy economy are taken into account (cleanliness class P2) - delivery of measurement records The tenderer must arrange for himself the lifting and scaffolding equipment he needs for the work. implementation April-May 2026.
