- Description:
- This is the construction contract for water damage repair of the Finnish Nature Center Haltia's restaurant kitchen in Espoo. In the project, the moisture and structural damage caused by the radiator leak in the kitchen will be repaired, and the damaged CLT intermediate floor slab will be renewed according to the plan documents according to. The contract includes e.g. demolition work, implementation of moisture management, dust and protection, work-time support, demolition of old structures and HVAC installations to the necessary extent, delivery and installation of new CLT slab, penetrations and implementation of fire breaks, restoration of floor structures and re-installation of kitchen furniture, equipment and systems. The contract also includes all necessary HVAC work, commissioning, final cleaning and documentation in the property, so the contractor is required to take special care in terms of protection during work, dust control, safety and logistics. The bidder must familiarize himself with the site before submitting the bid and take into account the construction site implementation conditions, hauling routes, demolition during work and restoration work in its entirety. The tender documents, structural plans, repair work report and YSE 1998 conditions are followed in the contract. All work must be carried out in good construction practice, in accordance with valid regulations and the instructions of material manufacturers.
