• The City of Helsinki is acquiring continuing education for teaching and educational staff in the field of education and training on co-teaching as support for learners and as a resource for teachers for the period between August 1, 2026 and December 31, 2027. This is the Procurement Act (1397/2016) below the national threshold value according to the e-appendix, tendered in a simplified manner, to which the Procurement Act does not apply. The procurement includes two individual (1+1) one-year option period options, in which case the contract would expire no later than 31 December 2029. The subscriber decides on the use of the option period no later than two (2) months before the end of the actual contract period. During the option period, the terms of the original framework agreement apply as they are valid at the end of the actual contract period. divided into the following parts: Section 1: Early childhood education (Finnish) Section 2: Early childhood (Swedish) Section 3: Basic education (Finnish) Section 4: Basic education (Swedish) Section 5: Second grade (Finnish) Section 6: Second grade (Swedish) Three (3) service providers will be selected as framework contract suppliers per sub-region, provided that there are at least this number of approved providers and offers. The comparison of offers is carried out by sub-area. The bidder can submit a bid into one or more parts.
