- The HUS corporation is requesting offers for coblation devices intended for the treatment of ear, nose and throat diseases with equipment-related consumables. The procurement is carried out on a cost-of-use basis so that the equipment is owned and loaned to the Supplier In the subscriber's units, and the use of the equipment and maintenance are not charged separately. Compensation for the use of the equipment is included in the price of the accessories, which the Subscriber orders as needed. It is intended to establish a warehouse for supplies at the Customer's premises. Procurement unit reserve the opportunity to set up a store warehouse in one or more units and only for a limited selection of supplies or for all supplies. which the provider can offer as an option (value-added services). The subscriber decides to use the options separately. The customer chooses one (1) contract supplier as contract partner. It is a total procurement, i.e. the procurement has not been divided into parts, because it is one functioning entity. The contract period is valid for a fixed period of two (2) years, after which it will continue to be valid indefinitely. With the tender request or its attachments the information provided is an estimate, and the procurement unit does not commit to the stated euro amounts or to the realized order quantities of equipment or equipment-related supplies stated in the request for tenders.
