• Description:
• The Public Prosecutor's Office requests your offer for the delivery, exchange and destruction of physical information security material for the use of the Public Prosecutor's Office as a complete service in accordance with the information security and data protection requirements of this request for tender and in accordance with its appendices. The procurement concerns the collection and secure destruction of information security material from offices located in the territory of Mainland Finland of the Prosecutor's Office. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that the transport of the containers and the material they contain and processing actions, such as changing containers and destroying material, are carried out appropriately, in a way that meets the criteria set out in legislation and other guidelines issued by authorities. The minimum requirements of the procured service are described in more detail in this request for tenders and its attachments. Based on the tender, one (1) Supplier will be selected, with whom the Prosecutor's Office will enter into an agreement for the provision of the service described in the tender request. The actual procurement contract period is valid on May 31, 2028 until. In addition, the acquisition includes the possibility of two (2) separate 12-month option periods. The Prosecutor's Office decides on the use of option periods. The service subject to procurement is procured based on the actual needs of the offices of the Prosecutor's Office by. If the need for collection tanks or emptying times changes, the unit prices will remain the same. The Prosecutor's Office does not undertake to purchase services for any specific minimum amount.
