• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the collection and transportation of bio-waste generated during living in the municipalities of Länsi Uusimaa and comparable to it as back-loading work. The contract includes washing waste containers (twice a year). The service includes emptying the waste collection equipment to the collection vehicle and transporting the waste to Lohja to the Munkka waste center (Munkkaanmäki 51, 08500 Lohja). The tendered contracts are part of the procurement unit's wider procurement package for the collection and transport of municipal waste in Western and Eastern Uusimaa. The procurement package has been divided into several separate contracts and, as appropriate, into contract areas of different sizes, taking into account cost efficiency, logistical efficiency and the equipment readiness of the contractors. These separate contracts are tendered on the principle of continuous tendering as contracts of several years, bringing several of these separate contracts to tender every year. Procurement (collection of biowaste in the Western Uusimaa area) is still divided into two transport contract areas. The bidder can bid one or both contract areas;
