- Collection and transport of mixed waste in Helsinki as rear-loading work in service areas 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 9 and as front-loading work in service area 12. Maps of the service area are attached 1a-1f, tender tables are attached 2a-2f, draft contract attached 3. Contract period: 5 April 2027 - 4 April 2032 Collection and transport of mixed waste in service area 1 The service contract includes the rear loading emptying of the mixed waste collection equipment and transporting the waste to the Vantaa waste plant. The service provider undertakes to empty the mixed waste of the customer's customers in the service area and future customers from the collection devices at the waste points and to transport the waste to the waste power plant in Vantaa. The service provider must prepare to transport the waste to the Ämmässuo waste treatment center at the offer price during possible unforeseen disruptions of the power plant or during annual maintenance shutdowns. Annual maintenance shutdowns are announced in advance and are approximately four to six weeks long. The service provider does not have the right to deliver waste elsewhere. The service provider does not have the right to transport waste. The service provider is not charged a processing fee for the waste included in this service brought to HSY's or the producer's waste processing. Only HSY may be collected in the load waste belonging to service delivery.
