Description:
The subject of the procurement is the collection and transportation of packaging waste (cardboard, glass, metal, plastic) generated by living in the municipalities of Askola, Pornainen, Sipoo, Porvoo and Loviisa as back loading work.
The subject of procurement is one transport contract area (no. 63). Procurement or contract areasIt has not been divided into parts.
This competition takes into account the EU Commission's proposal for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Emissions in traffic should be reduced, e.g. by replacing fossil fuels with renewable and low-emission fuels and motive power.
The customer requires thata the transport fleet that is fully and primarily employed in the contract area uses, alternatively, either biogas or HVO-type fuel (EN 15940).
