• 1.01A Ikaalin + 1.02A Parkano 1.03A Pohjois-Ylöjärvi Pirkanmaa Jätehuolto Oy organizes the collection and transport of sludge generated in housing from the contract areas described in this request for tender. A more detailed description of procurement and operation, as well as quality and the minimum requirements are defined in the appendices of this call for tenders. The tendered contracts are part of the procurement unit's broader procurement package for the collection and transport of sludge generated in housing. The procurement entity is divided into 16 procurement unit domains to a separate contract area, where the size of the contract areas, logistical efficiency, the readiness of the contractors and the market to meet the requirements of the annual requests for tenders are appropriately taken into account. The contracts are tendered according to the principle of continuous tendering as multi-year contracts, bringing several of these separate contracts to tender each year. 1.01A Collection of sludge generated in housing from the Ikaalist area and transport primarily to the Ikaalist reception place mentioned in the contract program or secondarily to another unloading place approved by the customer.
