Description:
The customer is acquiring a new debt collection system and services closely related to it. Procurement is the so-called turnkey - total service delivery (SaaS), which covers:
- access rights to the system
- system implementation project
- implementation of the functionalities defined in the list of requirementssupport and system configuration
- testing before implementation
- trainings
- transfer/migration of old orders to the new system together with the customer (priced separately)
- operation, customer support, maintenance and development services
- expert services
The customer hasis currently using the Perintakarhu system, which covers both debt collection and case management, and which is intended to replace the debt collection action with the old system in the first step as case management continues. The subscriber chooses one service provider. As a result of the acquisition, one procurement contract is createdWith the subscriber.
There are currently around 20 users of the current and future debt collection system. The system to be procured must allow a maximum of 50 users.to the procurement amounts presented.
