- The target of this dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is communication and marketing services for Hansel Oy's customers. The DPS object is divided into two (2) categories (subareas): 1. Overall service and 2. Separate services. The object of DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its appendices, especially in appendix 1 (object and conditions of the dynamic procurement system). During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates can apply to participate in it. DPS is valid in the procurement notice until the stated date, unless it is suspended or changed during the validity of the DPS. Hansel Oy's customers make procurements among DPS's approved candidates for the relevant category through DPS's internal tenders, which can be scheduled throughout DPS's for the duration of the procurement phase. The acquisition phase of DPS starts after the establishment phase (1 December 2020) and ends when the validity period of DPS expires. Procurement contracts can be valid for a maximum of six (6) years, however, so that all procurement contracts expire no later than 30 November 2028.
