Description:
With this call for tenders, the National Pension Institute is tendering the following areas:
1. Brand management, marketing communication and social media development, planning, content production for different channels and their training services
2. Communication development (especially strategic communicationink)
3. Development of research communication, planning, content production and training of researchers.
Partial offers are allowed in such a way that the offeror can offer one or more areas. The offer must include all the services belonging to the sub-area.
Comparison of the offers and procurement headwork is done by sub-area.
Alternative offers are not allowed.
The procurement is about a framework arrangement where two service providers are selected for each sub-area.

Goal of marketing communicationna is, in addition to conveying information and service channel control, building trust in Kela's operations and strengthening the customer experience. The customers' different life situations and understanding of their everyday life is the starting point for planning marketing communications. Kela's largest customer groups are families with children, young peopleand students, unemployed, employed and pensioners. The target group of marketing communications can also be partners, such as employers, welfare regions and municipalities.
