- The acquisition focuses on strategic and tactical design and production services for communications. These include services related to communication development, planning, implementation and consulting for different target groups.
Communication of the City of Helsinki and the City Group's various actors is based urban strategy and city communication and brand policies. The service users are responsible for planning, implementing and developing communications for their own activities and services. The service is used by the central administration and industries of the City of Helsinki and separately for the acquisition Registered shareholders of Helsingin Groupkinkanta Oy.
5 suppliers will be selected for the framework arrangement unless there are fewer suppliers. The estimated maximum acquisition is EUR 8 million (VAT 0 %). Estimated value contains the actual 2 years of the contract period and any options 1+1 year. The contracting entity does not commit to any acquisition amount.
