Description:
The Procurement Services of the City of Turku requests offers from communications agency services for the period 1.7.2025 - 30.6.2027, after which the contract may be extended under the order of the subscriber for a maximum of two years. The acquisition consists of four components:1. Strategic Communications Agency: A partner for large entities, city strategy and mayor program goals and city -related assignments for both planning and implementation 2.For productive design and implementation 3. - In a component 1, a framework agreement is signed with one service provider. - Part 2 is made a framework arrangement to whichSelect three (3) service providers. - In a component 3, a framework agreement is signed with one service provider. - 4 of the sub -complex will be signed with a framework agreement with one service provider. Option: The Turku 2029 Foundation has the option to implement a decision in accordance with the decision in sub -entities 1, 2 and3.
