• Description:
• The welfare region of Central Ostrobothnia requests offers for community housing for the elderly. The object of the acquisition is community housing intended for elderly customers in accordance with § 21 of the Social Welfare Act, which forms a service package together with home care and social interaction activities. In addition to this, the scope of the procurement includes meal services as a support service and a security assistance service organized as another social service. The service provider is responsible for the security assistance service from 7:00 a.m. - between 10:00 p.m. At other times, the subscriber is responsible for the service. Community housing customers' ability to function has decreased. Their need for treatment and care has increased due to advanced age, illness, disability or other similar reason. For community customers referred to housing are generally 65 years of age or older. Their need for treatment and care has increased, but they do not yet need round-the-clock care. The customer can also have shared housing family care customership (Act on support for family care 937/2005). The agreement is valid for a fixed period of two years and continues indefinitely thereafter. The procurement is carried out as a social security procurement procedure, which means the procurement unit itself planned procedure in accordance with the principles of the Procurement Act for procuring the services that are the subject of the procurement.
