Description:
Communal housing is a notification-based social service as referred to in § 11 of the Act on Private Social Services. The service provider takes care of the community housing service. Care services are provided as home care services and support services (also contract-based subcontracting, i.eveltuu) in accordance with the assessment of the customer's need for services made by the customer guidance for the elderly.
The service provider providing home care for communal living must have the appropriate social and healthcare permits.
The service to be procured is described in more detail in l of the request for participationwith one (1) service description.
The detailed objectives set by the customer for the procurement are:
1. Promoting the customer's freedom of choice
2. Developing service quality to meet customer needs
3. Supporting the multiproductivity model
4. The possibility of flexible market entry for new companieslisting
5. A service model that supports the financial carrying capacity of the welfare area
