• The work community services of the Pirkanmaa welfare area are asking for offers for the services of community work well-being activities. Community work well-being activities (hereafter tyhy activities) are jointly planned and jointly implemented, community and activities promoting occupational well-being. The aim is to organize the opportunity for all employees to participate in tyhy activities. The aim of the idle activity is to promote not only working together and common goals, but also getting to know the members of the working community and the employer's support of joint leisure activities. In Tyhy operations, it is important to organize the opportunity for all employees to participate, for example by organizing several events, and to also take into account the opinions of different employees opportunities for participation in terms of content. In the implementation of Tyhy activities, multi-professionalism and the presence of supervisors support a sense of community. The competition seeks service providers producing idle activities. The offer price may include serving on a small scale, if it is part of the activity (e.g. preparation of snacks on a camping trip). In other respects, the Offer price may not include food or alcohol. The personnel division of the Pirkanmaa welfare area annually aligns the work welfare activities the size of the budget to be used. In 2026, the amount of the budget is €50/person (VAT 0%).
