- We are asking for a price offer for one (1) MERCEDES-BENZ EQB 300 4MATIC passenger car according to the specifications. The procurement will be tendered by HUS yhtymahaltinto procurement services and the car will be procured by Jarvileasing Oy under Hansel's joint procurement leasing agreement. So HUS doesn't buy a car, so I'm making an offer must also be valid for the purchase order made by Jarvileasing Oy. The purchase price of the car must be less than 60,000 euros (incl. equipment, car tax, without value added tax). This is a procurement that falls below the national thresholds of Section 25 of the Procurement Act (1397/2026) in accordance with the CEO's instruction (13/2023) The taxable value of the free car benefit is a maximum of €850/month. Neither of the above-mentioned limits (taxable value of the car benefit and the purchase price of the car) may be exceeded. In the procurement process, HUS requests offers from several bidders and selects the best one according to the request for offers offer.
