Description:
The Service Center for Continuing Learning and Employment (JOTPA) is a new authority that promotes the development of skills of working-age people and the availability of a skilled workforce. The establishment of the service center is part of a broader reform of continuous learning.
The Service Center for Continuing Learning and Employment is seeking an offerousies about the education related to the value chain of the hydrogen economy.
The development of the hydrogen economy requires new know-how from several sectors of the hydrogen economy value chain. Here, the value chain of the hydrogen economy refers to:
- activities that, by combining raw materials and resources, first produce a clean or low-emissionof hydrogen and then possible further refineries, and
- actors who actively produce and use flows moving in the hydrogen value chain.
In addition to the above, competence supporting the hydrogen value chain is also needed, which combines the sectors that support the value chain of the hydrogen economy. In these two fields of expertiseue needs both individual trainings and larger training units. This procurement includes training related to the hydrogen economy at all educational levels, areas of expertise, skillsat cross-cutting levels and as different combinations and entities of these.
