• Luksia's catering services and training restaurants are responsible for Luksia's meal production, where they currently produce approx. 2,300 portions per day for Luksia's students and staff. nutrition recommendations (2010) as well as the guidelines for second level Well-being and community eating (2019) recommended by the Board of Education, the Institute of Health and Welfare. Luksia's catering services and educational restaurants operate in practice during the academic year of the vocational college, so there are mainly no activities during the summer. July is completely closed. Dairy products are delivered to the kitchens three times a week, on weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and night deliveries are possible. Organic milk and organic carrots are delivered as an option only if they are competitive in price with standard products. This does not affect the comparison table of offers. The municipal association does not commit to the purchase quantities indicated in the attached table or to the purchase of foodstuffs during the contract period. The attached table defines the mandatory criteria regarding the supplier and the products, which must be met for the offer to correspond to the request for an offer.
