Description:
The State School Homes are tendering the Defusing instructor training. The training is aimed at the staff of school homes. The goal is to train personnel to guide defusing conversations after psychologically stressful situations. The staff consists of nursing, educational and teaching staff. To begin with, the need for education is 10-15 people, but later always as needed. The scope of the education must be 2 credits or similar content. The training should be organized as a close training, including preliminary and intermediate tasks. Implementation is also possible as part of other defusing training organized by the trainer (so not necessarily training aimed only at school staff). A more detailed explanation in the procurement description. The trainer is required to have a suitable university degree and experience in implementing defusing or debriefing training. In addition, at least two references from those implemented for the corresponding professional group trainings for the past two (2) years. The procurement belongs to social services and other special services according to Appendix E of the Procurement Act (1397/2016). The content of the service is related to the psychosocial support and training of social care and health care personnel. to do with one service provider for three (3) years. In addition, the possibility to use the option for one (1) year is reserved. Training is ordered as needed. State schools do not commit to the number of training sessions.
